The RSA Certificate - SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol is a required qualification if you want to work in a bar or any place serving alcohol – e.g. Flight Attendants, Bar, Hospitality, Restaurant and Catering staff.
Volunteers serving or supplying alcohol will not be required to hold a current RSA training course certificates if performing duties under one of the following license categories:
- Community club license
- Community other license
- Community liquor permit
- Restricted liquor permit

- Refusing service and assisting intoxicated customers
