EIM Training is a provider of Traineeships across Northern New South Wales and Queensland. We specialise in Developing your business by training your current staff and helping them excel in the skills they already have while at the same time providing them with essential new skills.

Traineeships attract funding from local Governments and as such in most instances EIM can provide free training. Currently we assist hundreds of Trainees from Ballina through to the Gold Coast and as far north as Hervey Bay.

What is a Traineeship?

Employers can access up to $8,000 of Australian Apprenticeship Incentives to enable existing employees to undertake a nationally recognised qualification.

Under an Existing Worker Traineeship, a staff member undertakes a vocational training qualification while they continue to work in your business, increasing productivity through the assessment of skills gaps and adequate training.

Qualifications need to be at Certificate III or Certificate IV level which can be followed with a Diploma  for your eligible trainees.
