EIM Training is one of the largest private RTO (Private TAFE) training campuses on the Gold Coast and Hervey Bay. EIM Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) fully compliant with the Australian Qualification and Training Framework (AQTF) standards.

EIM Training prefers face to face training in its well equipped training rooms or at the customer’s work place. EIM Training does not support online training as people learn from people and nothing can beat topical discussion as a learning tool. Remote and time-poor learners are serviced through face to face or voice to voice internet conferencing, which can be accessed from any location at any time.

EIM Training offers government-funded traineeships that are facilitated through accredited programs and are utilised by corporate clients, including Telstra, Accor Vacation Club, Macquarie Media, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, Care Flight, to name just a few.

EIM Training also provides a diverse range of services and programs that cater for businesses of all sizes. Other specialist corporate programs include leadership, time management, negotiation, neuro-linguistic programming and advanced communication skills. Did you know that tertiary institutions such as Universities and TAFE’s are either Government owned or privately owned? For example, on the Gold Coast, Griffith University is a Government University and Bond University is privately owned.

TAFE Colleges operate on a similar basis. TAFE QLD is operated by the Government, and EIM Training is an RTO (Registered Training Organisation), just like TAFE QLD. Both are audited by the same government departments and deliver the same nationally accredited courses, the difference being that EIM Training is privately (and proudly Australian) owned.
