EIM Training is looking for experienced Electrical Instrumentation Trainers and Assessors to join our team and deliver high-quality training across Queensland, both DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS. With options for flexible work schedules, such as two weeks on/two weeks off or one week per month, we provide an ideal environment for professionals seeking a balance between work and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct engaging training and assessment sessions for international and domestic students.
– Travel to various locations, including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Cairns, and Gladstone, to deliver training.
– Provide comprehensive student support and ensure successful course completion.
– Coordinate student progress and maintain accurate records.
– Develop and implement learning resources that enhance student engagement.
– Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements
Unrestricted Electrical Licence and relevant industry experience in Australia.
Experience in electrical instrumentation.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) preferred, but we are open to working with candidates who have extensive industry experience and are interested in pursuing this qualification.
Willingness to travel throughout Queensland.
