As a Director I refer all my team to complete their studies with EIM Training. For many years now I have employed both international and domestic students. I find all students who have completed their studies through EIM to be extremely competent and professional, with a thorough understanding of the Early Years Industry. Madiha Jamil is the wonderful trainer at EIM whom I have been working closely with for a few years now. She has a wonderful passion for the Early Years and ensuring all students achieve to the best of their ability. She understands a work, life, study balance and goes above and beyond to ensure her students succeed in their studies in a time frame that is required, yet suitable to their working/family lives. Her visits to the centres is greatly appreciated by the students as her approachable, professional manner is always welcoming.
