Important Notice for Interstate/Intrastate Travellers:
Please be advised that class schedules will not be adjusted to accommodate individual flight times. If you are flying in to attend this session, you must ensure that your travel arrangements allow you to attend the full class schedule from 9:00am to 4:30pm each day.
Should you choose to leave class early for any reason, including to meet flight schedules, it will be your responsibility to complete all outstanding assessments independently, outside of class time. Trainer support or additional class time will not be provided for content missed due to early departure.

What to Bring
- Laptop or tablet, notebook, and pen
- Closed-in shoes (work attire or hi-vis is not required)
- Tools are not required
Class Work and Unit Access
- Both theory and practical assessments will be conducted during class
- Please ensure the units listed in your Cloud Assess account match those in the class schedule
- You must be able to log in and access your units before attending

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend after booking, you must notify EIM Training at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class to avoid a penalty. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or non-attendance without notice will result in a penalty fee, as per our Schedule of Administration Fees.
